Such a Big Boy!

So for the past couple nights Boston has been a little under the weather... he got this really bad rash all over his body and was kinda fussy! I thought well maybe he is teething again since his first ones seemed early maybe all of them will be early. Well boy was I wrong. I went to work at the Doctors office that Im at and got a paniced call from Doug saying it was worse!!! So I said bring him in and lets have the Doctor here just look at him since it was already like 6pm. Well low and behold he takes after his Mama, my little guy had a case of the "Strep" :-( I felt like such a bad mom because I didn't take him in sooner. I guess I learned my lesson though, "Don't worry about being looked at as the crazy Mom!"
Also, Boston has decided on his own that scooting is overrated and that he would rather skip crawling...so every morning i walk in his room to find him standing and bouncing... every time i set him down so i can run to the kitchen or to the laundry room i come back and find him somewhere standing! this kid is just so dang funny!!! he is getting way to big!
Yummy!
I am a little behind on my posting of my BOS-Man, but he has recently started eating lots of yummy foods. We haven't found a food that he won't down, so I guess you could say that we are really lucky. Also, he has 2 teeth that broke through when he was about 5- 5 1/2 months old... so he wanted to show those pearly whites off for the camera. Some of the things that he LOVES are ---> Bananas, Peas, Pears, Bananas, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Bananas, and a few of the meats that they have. In case you didn't catch on to the pattern, my little guys goes NUTS for his Nanners! Its so funny if you pop open any of the jars he will go nuts because he thinks its his Bananas. I always feel a little bad when i give him that spoon full of peas... He is such a funny little guy.

rub a dub dub!!
So i haven't been able to blog for a while, because i have been so dang busy! A lot has been going on in the Walker House hold... - Boston and I flew our little selves to Texas to visit family and have some down time. Like i really needed down time since it had only been a month since our last vacation to Utah ;-). but who says that there is a limit on how many you can take.
- Boston broke 2 teeth within one week, and from the looks of it there are more on the way.
- Boston is sleeping for 11 hrs.... WHOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!
- Boston is sitting up for a little on his own, he can also get up on all fours and rock his little bum bum! Im not going to lie I am way excited, but so not looking forward to having him even more mobile than he is already.
- Boston had his first bubble bath and absolutly loved it.
- Boston is officially a formula baby. Please ,all those mothers out there that breastfeed for a whole year, dont look down on me! it was hard work and 2 teeth and working full time really made it that much harder. I think we are both happier anyways, because I dont look at feeding time as a time I have to squeeze into my day to make sure I have enough bottles for the next day! Plus, he is going to start on some yummy food soon :-)
- Doug and I have been married for 3 yrs!
- We are officially commiting to finally doing the back yard.
- We are finally able to go for late night walks and not die from a heat stroke, dont take me wrong it is still hot!! but not BLISTERING!
10. I have officially started the Mommy DIET! --- I am going to stick to losing all this extra fluff I have acquired!
Well that is about all we have been up to for the last little bit!

Summer Utah Trip
This summer vacation was an adventure. Doug had to stay here in Arizona while Boston and I made our way to Utah to meet up with all of my family. It was a ton of fun, but we really missed Daddy! While we were there Boston had a ton of fun meeting all of his cousins for the first time, and really enjoyed all the attention that the got. He also had a lot of first, one of them was flying on a plane. The flying really had me nervous, but Boston did awesome. Another thing was that he went to his first rodeo. I guess being from Texas it was only to be expected that he watch some bull riding and bronc riding... again he did awesome... they even had some fireworks and BMX motorbikes that were really loud and he didn't freak out! We went this beautiful Lake called Mirror Lake( you should really all go there), where his Uncle Todd and Grandpa tried there luck at Fishing, but they just weren't biting. Next time though! There was so much to do and everything was so much fun, we mostly just loved being with our family that we don't get to see often. It was a great reunion! But the best part was when we got home and were with Doug again! he was so cute he took Boston and I out for a surprise lunch... where did he take us?? BOSTON'S!!! I miss my Daddy!
My Brother and his Crazy Family I guess Rieley saw something exciting-ha ha
They are just Nuts
It was a long night for the Little guy, He falls asleep in the Loudest place.. its weird!
Im so proud of her... she has overcome so much in her life!

Rock Around the Clock on Father's Day
I know this is a late post, but on Father's Day this year we all got together at Mom and Dad's house. However this wasn't just a normal Father's Day celebration. It was a 50's theme Father's Day. It was so much fun, we had 50's music, decorations, and a nice BBQ. We had some swing dancing and slow dancing. Everyone dressed up, Brittany and Tanya made some cool looking poodle skirts. (I was very impressed) Nick dressed up in a classic varsity sweater and I was the tough Grease T-bird look. We all had a blast eating, chatting and dancing. It was my first Father's Day as a daddy and it is gonna be a hard one to top. :-)
